Return and refund policy
القطع المخصصة (باسم أو لون أو مقاس خاص) تُصنع حسب طلبك، فلا تُسترجع ولا تُستبدل إلا إذا وصلت فيها عيب أو تختلف عن الطلب.
لو وصلتك القطعة مكسورة أو فيها عيب، تواصل معنا في واتساب خلال 3 أيام من الاستلام مع صورة، ونعيد طباعتها أو نرجع لك المبلغ.
القطع الجاهزة غير المخصصة تُسترجع خلال 7 أيام بحالتها الأصلية، ورسوم الشحن على العميل.
إلغاء الطلب ممكن قبل بدء الطباعة فقط.
How the money comes back: if you paid by card (mada, Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay), the refund goes back to the same card through Moyasar and usually reaches your bank within 14 days, depending on your bank. If you paid by bank transfer, we transfer it back to the same account.

Orders and prices
• Pieces are designed and printed for you after you order. Prices are in Saudi riyals.
• Pieces with a fixed price show their total; anything that needs our review (your own idea, a custom size) gets its final price from us on WhatsApp before we start.
Payment methods
• Bank transfer to the store's account (details at checkout).
• One price whatever way you pay: no fee for paying by card, and no discount for a transfer or cash.
Making and delivery
• Making time: 3–5 أيام عمل, then delivery.
• Colours on screen can look slightly different from the printed piece.
Cancelling and returns
• Our return and refund policy is part of these terms; read it before you pay.
Privacy
• How we use your details is in our privacy policy.
Law
• These terms follow the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law.
Privacy policy
Your privacy matters to us. This explains what we collect and why.
• What we collect: your name, mobile number and city, your address if you choose delivery, and your order details (with any picture or logo you upload, and your transfer receipt if you attach one).
• Why: to prepare your order, contact you about it (usually on WhatsApp) and deliver it.
• Who sees it: we never sell or share your data, except with whoever delivers your order, and only what they need for that.
• Where it is kept: on the store's servers. We keep order records for accounting and warranty. Pictures and receipts you upload are seen only by us.
• Your account: if you make one, it keeps your orders and details so you do not type them every time.
• On your phone: your cart, favourites and recently viewed pieces stay in your own browser, with a random number we count visits with, where they came from (TikTok, Google…) and which pieces are opened — never your name or number. We use no advertising trackers.
• Card payments: paying by card is handled by Moyasar Financial Company, licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). Your card details go straight to Moyasar on a secure page; we never see or keep them, only whether the payment went through.
• Your rights: ask us any time for a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion — message us on WhatsApp.
